All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing to the national office and RECEIVED no later than midnight CST by the dates listed below. Telephone requests CANNOT be honored. Written requests for refunds will be processed as follows:
- Received by September 30, 2012 – Full refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee
- Received by October 1 through October 14, 2011 – 50% refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee
- Received on or after October 15, 2011 – No Refunds
