NCHC Portz Scholar Nomination Form

By clicking on the submit button below, we certify that the enclosed paper is the original work of the nominee, an undergraduate student enrolled in the institution’s Honors program/college during at least one semester/quarter of the 2012-2013 academic year. We understand that the designation as an NCHC Portz Scholar and $250.00 stipend are contingent upon personal presentation of the winning paper by the nominee at the 2013 NCHC conference in New Orleans, Louisiana. The conference registration fee will be complimentary for NCHC Portz Scholars selected. The institution agrees to make a good faith effort to defray travel expenses of the NCHC Portz Scholar.
